An Aesthetics Practice Development Manager who will partner with our practices to improve performance, enable competitive advantage, address specific operational challenges and support our local teams to achieve assigned goals. Individuals in this role conduct aesthetic capabilities assessments, develop strategic execution plans for implementation, and evaluate results.

 

Essential Job Duties and Accountabilities

  • Meet established growth and performance objectives.
  • Work with the Leadership team to identity and target high, medium, and low potential locations. Develop plan to target high potential locations, adding medium potential targets as appropriate for evaluation, planning, and performance enhancement program implementation.
  • Partner with target locations to identify and prioritize their needs, discussing goals and identifying the key elements that will enhance success.
  • Develop a strategic plan of action to meet location's needs, detailing the goals to be accomplished, the tactics to be executed to achieve the defined goals, the associated execution time lines, and the individuals responsible for the tactical execution items.
  • Implement and execute Aesthetics Business Planning for Aesthetic locations, facilitating the development of an annual plan and regular review for each location.
  • With a maintained high level of market knowledge, provide support and direction to Aesthetics Leadership and educate the team on trends and opportunities within our locations and the broader aesthetic market.
  • Assist the Aesthetics and Operations teams in the evaluation, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Coordinate with these teams to ensure effective execution of all relevant corporate initiatives.
  • May perform other duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
