The Vice President of Physician Recruitment will lead the development and implementation of creative, dedicated recruitment, retention and sourcing strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill Physician opportunities for ADCS. The position is responsible for fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources (job boards, social media platforms, career web sites, professional organizations, and other possible channels) to source, recruit, interview, qualify and hire independent contractor physicians to work with ADCS.




  • Analyze practices, assess needs, and create efficiencies in process/workflows within each practice.
  • Attention to utilization and tracking of physicians' time off
  • Ability to negotiate expiring contracts and savviness to work closely with physician community
  • Working with Physician leadership, surrounding recruiting operations within respective markets,
  • Supervising a team of 2 Provider Recruiters.



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related degree required.



  • Management experience preferred.
  • 10 years of recruiting Physicians/ P.A./NP
  • 7 years in increasing progressive roles
  • 5 years executive level roles
