CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTARS!! 

Our Company is growing at an accelerated rate! We are currently seeking candidates with great customer service and self-drive to join our Corporate Patient Scheduling Department. This environment is a fast paced Inbound Medical Call Center. You will be the direct contact for in-bound calls for new and existing patients, all across the 200 offices & affiliates of Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery.

 

 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • This is a general office environment position. Proper attire is required at all times.
  • Answers telephone calls regarding scheduling appointments, surgery consultations, and follow-up visitations.
  • May involve long periods of sitting or standing with a set schedule of breaks and rest periods
  • Most center employees work on a shift basis, and as such may be required to periodically rotate shifts and regular days off.
  • All Center employees must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required. 

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  •   6 months to 1 year customer service/patient care
  •   Clerical or administrative experience
  •   Bilingual is a plus but not required
  •   Use of NextGen programming is a bonus

Education and/or formal training:

  •   HS Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high demand and fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive manner.
  • Ability to retain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
  • Excellent communication skills to efficiently deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
  • Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and effectively communicate progress and problems to co-workers and management.
  • Effective problem solving skills used to identify and resolve day-to-day operation and patient relations problems.
  • Familiarity with a variety of office equipment, standard software packages and application and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to multi-task, typing skills preferred.

Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 7:00pm EST; we are looking for agents to fill multiple shifts between operating hours. 10 hour shifts are available (after 3 months tenure).
