ADCS Clinic Inc. is currently accepting applications for an administrative assistant / customer service position within the IT division. Persons applying should be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and search engines such as Google. In addition, this person should have strong communication and typing skills. While this is a technology related position, ADCS Clinics will provide training and education on technology related subject matter as it pertains to fulfilling the duties required by this position.

Requirements Include:

  •          Primary point of contact to field and office users to answer, evaluate, categorize, and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies in a timely manner.
  •          Provides attentive and patient communication to end users via phone, remote management software, and in person visits in a timely and professional manner
  •          Handles problem recognition and follow-up for standard-response-issues, referring more complex problems to IT staff.
  •          Logs and tracks calls using problem management database, maintains history records and related problem documentation, and ensures internal follow up and resolution.
  •          Works with software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products
  •          Performs limited administrative responsibilities such as; data entry, reporting, and resource scheduling.
  •          Assists on projects as needed
  •          Other duties may be assigned
